By accessing or using the Strength Tempo Assistant mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Strength Tempo Assistant is designed to help users with strength training by providing guidance on exercise tempo and recording training data. The App allows users to:
The App stores your exercise and workout data on your device by default. If you enable iCloud syncing (when available), your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account to enable synchronization across your devices.
We implement reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the App developer or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
